    There is no one answer for this question since there are different ways to measure strength. There is absolute strength (maximum force),
dynamic strength (repeated motions), elastic strength (exert force quickly), and strength endurance (withstand fatigue).

There are three types of muscles in the human body: cardiac, smooth and skeletal.

Cardiac muscle makes up the wall of the heart and is responsible for the forceful contraction of the heart. Smooth muscles make up the walls of the intestine, the uterus, blood vessels, and internal muscles of the eye. Skeletal muscles are attached to the bones and in some areas the skin (muscles in our face). Contraction of the skeletal muscles helps limbs and other body parts move.

Most sources state that there are over 650 named skeletal muscles in the human body, although some figures go up to as many as 840. The dissension comes from those that count the muscles within a complex muscle. For example the biceps brachii is a complex muscle that has two heads and two different origins however, they insert on the radial tuberosity. Do you count this as one muscle or two?

Although most individuals have the same general set of muscles, there is some variability from one person to another. Generally, smooth muscles are not included with this total since most of these muscles are at cellular level and number in the billions. In terms of a cardiac muscle, we only have one of those- the heart.

Muscles are given Latin names according to location, relative size, shape, action, origin/insertion, and/or number of origins. For example the flexor hallicis longus muscle is the long muscle that bends the big toe:

Flexor = A muscle that flexes a joint
Hallicis = great toe
Longus = Long

External Muscles of the Eye
The muscles of the eye are constantly moving to readjust the positions of the eye. When the head is in motion, the external muscles are constantly adjusting the position of the eye to maintain a steady fixation point. However, the external muscles of the eye are subject to fatigue. In an hour of reading a book the eyes make nearly 10,000 coordinated movements.

Gluteus Maximus
The gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the human body. It is large and powerful because it has the job of keeping the trunk of the body in an erect posture. It is the chief antigravity muscle that aids in walking up stairs.

Heart
The hardest working muscle is the heart. It pumps out 2 ounces (71 grams) of blood at every heartbeat. Daily the heart pumps at least 2,500 gallons (9,450 liters) of blood. The heart has the ability to beat over 3 billion times in a person’s life.

Masseter
The strongest muscle based on its weight is the masseter. With all muscles of the jaw working together it can close the teeth with a force as great as 55 pounds (25 kilograms) on the incisors or 200 pounds (90.7 kilograms) on the molars.

Muscles of the Uterus
The uterus sits in the lower pelvic region. Its muscles are deemed strong because they contract to push a baby through the birth canal. The pituitary gland secretes the hormone oxytocin, which stimulates the contractions.

Soleus
The muscle that can pull with the greatest force is the soleus. It is found below the gastrocnemius (calf muscle). The soleus is very important for walking, running, and dancing. It is considered a very powerful muscle along with calf muscles because it pulls against the force of gravity to keep the body upright.

Tongue
The tongue is a tough worker. It is made up of groups of muscles and like the heart it is always working. It helps in the mixing process of foods. It binds and contorts itself to form letters. The tongue contains linguinal tonsils that filter out germs. Even when a person sleeps, the tongue is constantly pushing saliva down the throat..........

The propaganda machine is back. As mark Twain said - Before the truth comes out and wears the shoes, the false hood must have traveled across half of the world. This is the truth about the latest incidents in Hyderabad Central University.
Some elements inimical to the Nationalistic school of thought and have ulterior agenda are using the name and banner of Ambedkar Students Association to malign the image of other organisations and black out any other version or school of thought.
The main accused in serial Bombay blasts of 1993, Mr.YakubMenon was found guilty on several counts. The death sentence imposed upon him by the trial court was confirmed by the Supreme Court. After that he was hanged.
Some persons under the banner of ASA had protested against this hanging. They are entitled to. This meeting was held in University campus with many new unknown faces participating in it. It was claimed that from every house another Yakub will emerge.   “Tum KitneYakub Mar denge, HarGhar se YakubNikalege– ASA. UOH”. The English translation reads as follows:  “How many Yakubs you kill! From every house one Yakub Will be generated”.  This was on 3-8-2015
One Susheel Kumar ( office bearer of local unit of AkhilBharatiyaParishad, ABVP) protested at this. He put up his comment on  face book commenting about the aggressive behavior. Does he have right to comment on this protest? Or Not?
On the same day, at mid night 30 persons barged into hostel room of  Susheel and dragged him out of the room. The police came and left. He was beaten in the presence of two constables.  The ASA  volunteers beat up susheel badly and dragged him to the main security gate. He was forced to open the face book account at the Security room and forced to write a note of apology. The Security officer was witness to all this and he counter signed on the note written by Susheel. He was rushed to Hospital , and he underwent treatment in hospital, operated upon etc., 
This was attack on one student by 30 persons. This is not denied by anyone. There was no scuffle or a fight.
As usual, the police and the University administration colluded with the attackers. There were complaints and mother of Susheel was abused when she visited the campus in the presence of  senior officers of the University.  She went to court and sought a direction to the management of the university to check such incidents.
The university had constituted a committee to go into all this. After full-fledged inquiry, it was recommended that five students be rusticated from the university. This means that the students will lose the academic career scholar ships etc., There was huge outcry that the Dalit students are being sent out of the campus. Violent protests and confinement of in charge VC Mr. Sharma took place. The implementation of the final decision was kept in abeyance.
After the new Vice Chancellor took charge, the issue was pursued and the   mild punishment of keeping these erring students out of Hostel alone was imposed. Their Monthly fellowships were not affected and they are allowed to pursue their studies. These students approached the High Court in December 2015 and the case is to come up for hearing on third week of January 2016. In meanwhile ASA students protested.  The High Court is to reopen on 18-1-2016.
On 17 January 2016 a research scholar and one among the five who were given punishment Mr. Rohit committed suicide. This is most unfortunate. The legal battle was on.
Now the story is spread that the Dalit boy was targeted. The spin story which is doing rounds is that  there was a clash on Muzafarpur riots and Rohit is punished. Muzafurpur issue is regarding communal incident between Muslims and Hindu Jats in that area.
The issue here in University was hanging of YakubMenon. The issue was whether  30 persons can go to room of a student and beat him up for two to three hours. This was failure of police who left the scene and university administration. The dean of Students Welfare was told (prior to the attack) by ASA that they are going to Susheels room.  Should he not take steps  prevent further escalation. He was instrumental in attack on  Susheel.
It has nothing to do with DALIT boy etc., Why Dalit card is used to protect the image of YAKUB Menon? What has Ambedkar got to do with hanging of YakubMenon.Yakub  was not a champion of dalits!!
The usual demands of resignation of new VC , central ministers etc., is on. The university Administration and irresponsible local police will do lot of explanation.
The sequence of  events is rather queer. The hanging of YakubMenon is questioned by ASA. Susheel says that the ASA members are ‘GOONS’ on his face book. HE is attacked by 30 persons in the midnight in his hostel room. The university punishes the attackers with mild punishment. This is challenged in the court. One of the attackers commits suicide. Who is scheming the violence? Who is benefitted?
Now, the caste issue. Susheel Kumar who was beaten in the midnight for over two hours by 30 persons ( mostly non boarders who had occupied the campus) is an OBC from a Telangana  lower middle class family.
Whenever a volunteer of ASA is involved in anything,  the caste card comes out. Should anyone not criticize any  member of  ASA? Are  the members of  ASA or persons using the banner of ASA  out of bounds for any scrutiny or criticism? If any one criticizes or acts against the ASA, should he be punished? Is ASA beyond scrutiny and criticism?
The TOLERENCE and INTOLLERENCE debate needs to be discussed in new paradigm.

STUDENT COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER BEING SUSPENDED FROM HOSTEL FOR 12 DAYS

Today the whole media went wild and played the dalit victim card when a student of a Hyderabad university committed suicide.

Point 1 : Why say "Dalit" student ? And repeat the word "Dalit" a thousand times ? Is it a method of polarising the society and creating unwanted sensation ?

Point 2 : Why did the Ambedkar Students Association ( ASA ), of which Rohit is a member of, involve in Pro-Yakub Memon protests ? Are they anti-India ?

Point 3 : Why did they (ASA) attack students inside the campus including rival students union ABVP and their members ?

Point 4 : Students were manhandled during ASA protests and many victims were hospitalized

Point 5 : In August 2015, BJP Minister Bandaru Dattatreya wrote a letter to HRD Minister Smriti Irani pleading her to take a look into the fomenting anti-Indian culture inside Hyderabad University.

Point 6 : 5 members of Ambedkar Students Union were suspended from their hostels 12 days ago as a part of disciplinary action.

Point 7 : Rohit claims in his suicide letter that no one is responsible for his suicide

Hence, the student was not suspended for being a Dalit, but he was suspended for involving in Anti-India activities and attacking other students.

So this temporary suspension of 12 days from the hostel as a part of disciplinary from the university has been converted into "BJP hates DALITS" controversy by the leftists and media who want to create unnecessary friction and create fights among various sections of the community.

వాస్తవానికి ఈ వివాదానికి గత జూలైలోనే నాంది పడింది. జూలై 30న ఉగ్రవాది యాకుబ్ మెమెన్‌ను ఉరి తీయడాన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ హైదరాబాద్ సెంట్రల్ యూనివర్సిటిలో అంబేద్కర్ స్టూడెంట్స్ ఆసోసియేషన్ నేతలు యూనివర్సిటిలో ర్యాలీలు, సంతాప సభలు, సెమినార్లు నిర్వహించారు. వీటిల్లో చురుగ్గా పాల్గొన్నాడు రోహిత్ వేముల. ఇక్కడ మనం ఆలోచించాల్సింది ముంబై పేలుళ్లకు సూత్రధారి.. వందలాది మంది భారతీయుల ప్రాణాలు పొట్టనబెట్టుకున్న  టెర్రరిస్ట్ ను,  హంతకుడిని ఉరి తీయడం న్యాయం కాదంటూ అంబేద్కర్ స్టూడెంట్స్ అసోషియేషన్ విద్యార్థులు ఆందోళన చేయడం ఎంత వరకు సమర్థనీయం. అంటే దేశం కంటే వీళ్లకు ఆ ఉగ్రవాది యాకుబ్ మెమనే ఎక్కువనమాట! దీనికి ప్రతిగా ఏబీవీపీ అధ్యక్షుడు సుశీల్‌ కుమార్ ఫేస్‌బుక్‌లో స్పందించారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే, ఇటు ఏబీవీపీకి, ఇటు అంబేద్కర్‌ స్టూడెంట్స్‌ అసోషియేషన్ మధ్య యాకుబ్ మెమన్ ఉరిపై వాదోపవాదాలు సోషల్ మీడియాలో విస్తృతంగా జరిగాయి. దీంతో, ఆగస్టు 3వ తేదీ అర్థరాత్రి సుశీల్ గదికి వెళ్లి అంబేద్కర్ స్టూడెంట్స్ అసోషియేషన్ విద్యార్థులు దాడికి పాల్పడ్డారని తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ దాడి కారణంగా, పేగులు దెబ్బతినడంతో ఆతడు మదీనాగూడలోని అక్షర ఆసుపత్రిలో సుమారు 8 రోజుల పాటు చికిత్స తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే, దాడికి కారుకలైన విద్యార్థులపై చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని ఏబీవీపీ డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ ఆందోళనకు దిగింది. దీంతో దాడికి కారకులుగా గుర్తించిన ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులను యూనివర్సిటీ హాస్టల్‌ నుంచి బహిష్కరించింది.

 

ఇలా, బహిష్కారానికి గురైన విద్యార్థులో ఒకడు రోహిత్‌ వేముల. అనంతరం ఈ విషయం కోర్టు వరకూ వెళ్లింది. ఈ అంశంపై యూనివర్శిటీ తీసుకున్న చర్యలపై న్యాయస్థానం నివేదిక కోరింది. ఇందులో భాగంగానే, అప్పటి వీసీ ఆర్పీ శర్మ క్రమశిక్షణ కమిటీ వేశారు. ఈ కమిటీ విచారణ చేసి దాడికి పాల్పడ్డ ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులను ఒక సెమిస్టర్ వరకు హాస్టల్ నుంచి తప్పించాలని సూచించింది. అనంతరం ఇదే విషయంపై యూనివర్శిటీ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్‌ కౌన్సిల్ కూడా విచారణ జరిపి ఈ ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులకు యూనివర్సిటీలో తమ రీసెర్చిని యథాతధంగా చేసుకోవచ్చని.. అయితే పీహెచ్ డీ పూర్తయ్యే వరకు హాస్టల్ సౌకర్యం రద్దు చేయడంతో పాటు, ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటు వేయకూడదని.. ఎవరితోను మాట్లాడకూడదని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. అయితే,  తదనంతర పరిణామాల్లో పూర్తిస్థాయి సస్పెన్షన్ గురిచేస్తే విద్యార్థులు కెరీర్ దెబ్బతింటుందని భావించి, కాస్త గొడవలు సద్దుమణిగే వరకు  అంటే కేవలం ఆరు నెలల పాటు హాస్టల్‌ దూరంగా ఉండాలని.. ఈ ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులు యథాతధంగా యూనిర్శిటీలో తన విద్యను కొనసాగించుకోవచ్చని ఆదేశిస్తూ కొన్ని నెలల క్రితం పాక్షిక సస్పెన్షన్ ను విధించింది.

రాత్రిపూట ఒక రాగి చెంబులో నీళ్ళు పోసి మూత పెట్టి ఉంచుకోవాలి.
ఉదయాన్నే నిద్ర లేవడం తోనే ఆ లీటరు నీళ్ళు త్రాగాలి. ఈవిషయం అందరూ చెబుతారు కానీ ఇక్కడ ఒక్క నియమం పాటించాలి.

కనుక తల్లిదండ్రులు ఈ రెండింటిని బేలన్స్ చేస్తూ పిల్లలను సక్రమమైన మార్గంలో పెట్టాలి...
ఎటువంటి పరిస్థితులు ఎదురైనా తట్టుకొనే శక్తి కలిగే వారిగా చేసి వారికి మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలవాలి....
వారికి కష్టం...
నష్టం...
సుఖం
అన్నీ తెలియాలి.

లగ్జరీగా పిల్లల్ని పెంచ డం నేటి ఫ్యాషన్‌.
అదే ఇప్పుడు కొంప ముంచుతోంది.
ఇలా పెరిగిన వారు చిన్న కష్టాలకే హడలుతున్నారు.
ప్రాణాల మీదకు తెచ్చుకుంటున్నారు.
అందుకే తల్లిదండ్రులు తమ పిల్లలకు అన్నీ అంశాలపై అవగాహన పెంచాలి.

కొంతమంది తల్లి, తండ్రులు తమకు ఎన్ని కస్టాలు వున్నాయో,
తము సరుకులు తెచ్చేందుకు కూడా ఎలా ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారో వగైరా విషయాలు పిల్లల దాకా రానివ్వరు ఇవన్ని వాళ్ళకు తెలియాలని అనుకోరు..
కాని అది కరెక్ట్ కాదు.
పిల్లలకు విచ్చలవిడి తనాన్ని మనమే అలవాటు చేస్తున్నాం..
మీరు సంపాదించే ప్రతీ రూపాయి యెంత జాగ్రత్తగా ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నారో వాళ్ళకు తెలియాలి తద్వారా వాళ్ళకు దుబారా ఖర్చులు అలవడకుండా వుంటాయి..
ముఖ్యముగా తల్లి తండ్రులు వాల్లకు చదువు కంటె జీవితంలో జనరల్ విషయాలు ఎక్కువ అవగాహనకు తీసుకురావాలి..
చదువు ఒక్కటే ఉంటె ఈ కాలంలో సరిపోదు.
కొందరు పిల్లలు సెలవు దినాల్లో ఏదైనా పనికి పంపుతుంటారు కారణం వాళ్ళు సంపాదించి పెడతారని కాదు..
వాళ్ళకు డబ్బు విలువ తెలుస్తుందని ..

ఇలా ప్రతీ తల్లి, తండ్రులు వాళ్ళ పిల్లలకు సరైన అవగాహనా,
సరైన శిక్షణ అందిస్తే వాళ్ళు గొప్పవాళ్ళు తప్పకుండా అవుతారు.
గొప్ప వాళ్ళు కాకపోయినా మంచి మనుషులుగా మిగులుతారు...
ప్రతీ గొప్ప వారు డబ్బునుంచి వచ్చిన వారు కాదు కష్ట, నస్టాల్లోనుంచి వచ్చిన వారు కారణం వారు అన్నీ అనుభవించి వచ్చినవారు కనుక వారికి అన్ని తెలుసు..
నాయకులు ఏ.సి రూముల్లో కూర్చొని పనిచేస్తే సరిపోదు..
ఆ పని చేస్తే ఎవరికి మేలు కలుగుతుంది,
ముందు ఎవరికి ఉపయోగపడాలి,
ఏ పని ఏ ఏ సమయాల్లో సమయానుకూలంగా చెయ్యాలనే విషయం వారు స్వయంగా కష్ట, నష్టాలు అనుభవిస్తేనే తెలుస్తుంది...

పిల్లల్ని ముద్దుగా చూడటంలో తప్పులేదు కానీ...
వారికి లోకం తెలీకుండా పెంచడంలోనే అసలు సమస్య.
అందుకే దయచేసి తల్లి, తండ్రులారా మేల్కోండి..

రేపటి భావితరానికి మీరు బాటలు వెయ్యండి..

మరణాన్ని ఎప్పుడు చూడలేదు కాని....
చాలా అందమైనది అయి ఉంటుంది. 
ఎందుకంటే  దాన్ని ఒక్కసారి   కలుసుకున్నవారంతా కూడా జీవించటమే మరచిపోతారు. 

ప్రకృతి నియమాలు కూడా చాలా చిత్రమైనవి సుమ...
ప్రాణమున్న మనిషి నీళ్ళలో మునిగి పోతాడు 
చచ్చిన  వాడు నీటిలో తేలిపోతాడు 

బతుకంతా బ్రాండ్ల వెనుక పరుగెత్తే వాడికి తెలుసా?
రేపు ఎక్కి ఉరేగాల్సిన పాడెకు ఏ బ్రాండు ఉండదని 

అందమైన శరీరాన్ని చూసి మురిసిపోతామ్  కాని 
నీవైన,  నేనైనా మిగిలేది బూదిడగానే అని.....

ఒకరు ఏడ్చి మనసు తేలిక చేసుకుంటే.. 
ఒకరు నవ్వి బాధ దాచుకుంటారు... 

మనుషుల ఐకమత్యం చూస్తె ఆశ్చర్యం కలుగుతుంది 
బతికున్న వాడిని పడగోట్టాలనుకుంటారు 
చచ్చిపడిన వాడిని భుజాల మీద మోస్తారు 
 
జీవితం లో ఏది ఎప్పుడో చెప్పలేము 
ఏ మాట చివరిదో... ఏ ఆట చివరిదో...  

అందుకే మిత్రమా !
