The propaganda machine is back. As mark Twain said - Before the truth comes out and wears the shoes, the false hood must have traveled across half of the world. This is the truth about the latest incidents in Hyderabad Central University.
Some elements inimical to the Nationalistic school of thought and have ulterior agenda are using the name and banner of Ambedkar Students Association to malign the image of other organisations and black out any other version or school of thought.
The main accused in serial Bombay blasts of 1993, Mr.YakubMenon was found guilty on several counts. The death sentence imposed upon him by the trial court was confirmed by the Supreme Court. After that he was hanged.
Some persons under the banner of ASA had protested against this hanging. They are entitled to. This meeting was held in University campus with many new unknown faces participating in it. It was claimed that from every house another Yakub will emerge.   “Tum KitneYakub Mar denge, HarGhar se YakubNikalege– ASA. UOH”. The English translation reads as follows:  “How many Yakubs you kill! From every house one Yakub Will be generated”.  This was on 3-8-2015
One Susheel Kumar ( office bearer of local unit of AkhilBharatiyaParishad, ABVP) protested at this. He put up his comment on  face book commenting about the aggressive behavior. Does he have right to comment on this protest? Or Not?
On the same day, at mid night 30 persons barged into hostel room of  Susheel and dragged him out of the room. The police came and left. He was beaten in the presence of two constables.  The ASA  volunteers beat up susheel badly and dragged him to the main security gate. He was forced to open the face book account at the Security room and forced to write a note of apology. The Security officer was witness to all this and he counter signed on the note written by Susheel. He was rushed to Hospital , and he underwent treatment in hospital, operated upon etc., 
This was attack on one student by 30 persons. This is not denied by anyone. There was no scuffle or a fight.
As usual, the police and the University administration colluded with the attackers. There were complaints and mother of Susheel was abused when she visited the campus in the presence of  senior officers of the University.  She went to court and sought a direction to the management of the university to check such incidents.
The university had constituted a committee to go into all this. After full-fledged inquiry, it was recommended that five students be rusticated from the university. This means that the students will lose the academic career scholar ships etc., There was huge outcry that the Dalit students are being sent out of the campus. Violent protests and confinement of in charge VC Mr. Sharma took place. The implementation of the final decision was kept in abeyance.
After the new Vice Chancellor took charge, the issue was pursued and the   mild punishment of keeping these erring students out of Hostel alone was imposed. Their Monthly fellowships were not affected and they are allowed to pursue their studies. These students approached the High Court in December 2015 and the case is to come up for hearing on third week of January 2016. In meanwhile ASA students protested.  The High Court is to reopen on 18-1-2016.
On 17 January 2016 a research scholar and one among the five who were given punishment Mr. Rohit committed suicide. This is most unfortunate. The legal battle was on.
Now the story is spread that the Dalit boy was targeted. The spin story which is doing rounds is that  there was a clash on Muzafarpur riots and Rohit is punished. Muzafurpur issue is regarding communal incident between Muslims and Hindu Jats in that area.
The issue here in University was hanging of YakubMenon. The issue was whether  30 persons can go to room of a student and beat him up for two to three hours. This was failure of police who left the scene and university administration. The dean of Students Welfare was told (prior to the attack) by ASA that they are going to Susheels room.  Should he not take steps  prevent further escalation. He was instrumental in attack on  Susheel.
It has nothing to do with DALIT boy etc., Why Dalit card is used to protect the image of YAKUB Menon? What has Ambedkar got to do with hanging of YakubMenon.Yakub  was not a champion of dalits!!
The usual demands of resignation of new VC , central ministers etc., is on. The university Administration and irresponsible local police will do lot of explanation.
The sequence of  events is rather queer. The hanging of YakubMenon is questioned by ASA. Susheel says that the ASA members are ‘GOONS’ on his face book. HE is attacked by 30 persons in the midnight in his hostel room. The university punishes the attackers with mild punishment. This is challenged in the court. One of the attackers commits suicide. Who is scheming the violence? Who is benefitted?
Now, the caste issue. Susheel Kumar who was beaten in the midnight for over two hours by 30 persons ( mostly non boarders who had occupied the campus) is an OBC from a Telangana  lower middle class family.
Whenever a volunteer of ASA is involved in anything,  the caste card comes out. Should anyone not criticize any  member of  ASA? Are  the members of  ASA or persons using the banner of ASA  out of bounds for any scrutiny or criticism? If any one criticizes or acts against the ASA, should he be punished? Is ASA beyond scrutiny and criticism?
The TOLERENCE and INTOLLERENCE debate needs to be discussed in new paradigm.

STUDENT COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER BEING SUSPENDED FROM HOSTEL FOR 12 DAYS

Today the whole media went wild and played the dalit victim card when a student of a Hyderabad university committed suicide.

Point 1 : Why say "Dalit" student ? And repeat the word "Dalit" a thousand times ? Is it a method of polarising the society and creating unwanted sensation ?

Point 2 : Why did the Ambedkar Students Association ( ASA ), of which Rohit is a member of, involve in Pro-Yakub Memon protests ? Are they anti-India ?

Point 3 : Why did they (ASA) attack students inside the campus including rival students union ABVP and their members ?

Point 4 : Students were manhandled during ASA protests and many victims were hospitalized

Point 5 : In August 2015, BJP Minister Bandaru Dattatreya wrote a letter to HRD Minister Smriti Irani pleading her to take a look into the fomenting anti-Indian culture inside Hyderabad University.

Point 6 : 5 members of Ambedkar Students Union were suspended from their hostels 12 days ago as a part of disciplinary action.

Point 7 : Rohit claims in his suicide letter that no one is responsible for his suicide

Hence, the student was not suspended for being a Dalit, but he was suspended for involving in Anti-India activities and attacking other students.

So this temporary suspension of 12 days from the hostel as a part of disciplinary from the university has been converted into "BJP hates DALITS" controversy by the leftists and media who want to create unnecessary friction and create fights among various sections of the community.

Don't fall victim to such viscious propaganda of leftist media trying to play the caste card when it is completely unnecessary.
